Two cork squares
The height of the bench (6.3 in) was calculated to get the ideal angles between the thighs and the floor, and between the legs and the waist. If you are not used to kneeling, the bench may feel too low at first. If so, place these blocks or a traditional Yoga block under it and remove them as you gain flexibility. Improving flexibility in the thighs and ankles is a benefit of the Vé bench and takes some practice.
Anti-slip strap
The Vé bench has a built-in non slip pad that is perfect for use on soft surfaces (rug, carpet, cushion). The additional removable protective strap helps protect the bench when used on hard surfaces and outdoors.
